Recently refurbished to a very high standard, 7 Bayview sits within Vernon Court and boasts a light-filled, bright and airy interior as well as an exceptional position above Abbey Sands, and with far reaching views on display from nearly every room, you’ll feel truly relaxed from the moment you set foot inside.
Awash with stylish furnishings and contemporary features, this two-bedroom apartment has a master en-suite and a family bathroom, an open plan living / dining / kitchen area which opens out to the balcony, and a small, private-use terrace with furniture and sea views. Whip up family feasts together or put your feet up and simply enjoy the view, and if you fancy popping down to Torquay for a wander around the shops or a day on the beach, the palm-tree lined seafront is just a short walk down Rock Walk which lies alongside the building.
Tastefully styled and very well-equipped guests can expect to find plush décor and sumptuous beds, modern bathrooms with good quality fixtures, and a high spec kitchen with built-in appliances and a wine cooler. Both bedrooms open out on to a sea-facing balcony, so if you like to enjoy your morning coffee with a view, this is the perfect spot.
Torquay is home to many good restaurants including Pier Point which overlooks the Marina, and Bistro Pierre which sits on the promenade, so if you’re planning on eating out during your stay, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from a host of great options. The harbour is also within easy reach on foot and here you can hop aboard a ferry and enjoy a day out in the famous fishing town of Brixham.

Torre Abbey Sands lies just below Vernon Court and can be reached by a small footpath that leads from the building down to the seafront. Here, visitors can enjoy hours of sandcastle building and sunbathing; with calm, clear waters just right for a refreshing dip or a leisurely paddle. A variety of wonderful restaurants line the seafront, serving everything from posh burgers to simple salads and seafood, and for a scenic stroll (to burn off some of those calories), there’s none more enjoyable than a walk along the promenade which meanders between the town’s vibrant gardens on one side, and the yachts and boats in Torquay’s pretty marina on the other.

What a great place to stay. The accommodation is in a fantastic location and finished to a high standard. It has everything we needed as a family. Parking on the street wasn’t an issue, though I parked up and didn’t get back in the car until the end of our stay due to the location. Dean was a great host too - answered any questions we had before arrival, checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and through the holiday. Cannot recommended highly enough

This flat has awesome views and is immaculately clean. The equipment is great. The quickest way down to the beach involves a steep staircase (over 100 steps), but for us this was fine and we loved it.

The place is amazing and clean, perfectly equipped and has a beautiful View. The location was perfect for us, as we didn’t drive. A short walk from the station and 2 bus routes offering trips at the bottom of the hill. Day trips to Paignton and Brixham are really easy. The flat itself is comfy, clean and very easy to spend time in! We had the best time and Dean was very attentive and helpful. One love!

We had a wonderful 3 nights staying in this awesome apartment. Fantastic location, incredible views, super comfy with everything we needed to have dinners in the apartment after our days of exploring. Easy communication with Dean and would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing stay at Dean’s apartment. Fantastic views right across the bay with perfect location close to town and the bars and restaurants. Beautifully appointed, super comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. Dean gave that extra special service with fantastic communication ensuring our stay was perfect! What a place to stay !!!! Everything you see in pictures it’s true ! Breathtaking views, spacious apartment with everything you need to feel right at home. Walking distance to beach 3 minutes. Beautiful walk to town along seafront to all restaurants 5-10 minutes. Flat was quiet day/night. Parking was on the road outside the building but there was never a problem to find a parking spot. Well equipped kitchen with everything you might need especially if you like cooking 🧑‍🍳 like me. Host Dean was amazing!!! I stayed in this beautiful apartment for almost a month and I didn’t want to leave but will definitely be back again and again 😊
